Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rose of Eden Home and Scents.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During sales, restocks, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.


Tracking

If tracking is provided for your order, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.


Delays

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help if there is a problem.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The product(s)
  • Any damage

We will review the issue and work with you on the best solution.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check:

  • Your mailbox/porch
  • With neighbors or household members
  • With your local post office/carrier

If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist with next steps.
